Radiant Care users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
To request account deletion, please contact Radiant Care support by email and provide your registered email address or mobile number together with your request to delete your account.
After verifying the request, Radiant Care will delete the user’s account and the personal data associated with the account.
Certain information may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, or legitimate business requirements.
Account deletion requests are currently processed manually by the Radiant Care support team.
